Peter Orszag and Christina Romer spoke to reporters about the release of the proposed fiscal year 2011 federal budget. The $3.8 trillion federal budget included a $100 billion jobs package, more education spending, higher taxes on families earning more than $250,000 a year and deficit controls. Following brief remarks they answered questions from reporters.
