Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and John Brennan briefed reporters on new airline security guidelines in the aftermath of the attempted Christmas Day bombing of Northwest Flight 253. They also answered questions on a number of related issues such as intelligence failures leaking up to the incident, airport security measures, and continued threats posed by terrorists.
