CLIP: U.S. House Approves Bill on Syrian Refugees

Rep. Bob Goodlatte (R-VA) and Rep. John Conyers (D-MI) debate H.R. 4038, a bill to limit the number of Syrian refugees admitted to the U.S. until increased security checks are in place. Members later voted 289-137 to approve the measure. President Obama has threatened to veto the bill.
